🏃♂️💡 Year 11 PE Takes Learning to the Next Level! 🏋️♀️
During Term 1, our Year 11 Physical Education class visited Yarra Ranges Tech School for a hands-on exploration of the musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems! 🏃♀️🫀💪
Students participated in a range of agility tests, collected real-time sensor data, and explored training aids like sprinting parachutes. They also tested their force application, jump height, and hang time using force plates!
After lunch, students completed CPR training with real-time feedback and took a deep dive into the muscular and skeletal system using VR goggles—an incredible immersive experience! 🥽

Our VCE VET Music students took a unique approach to sharpening their listening skills—by playing blindfolded! 🎵👀
Without visual cues, they had to focus entirely on listening and locking in with their fellow musicians. The result? Even tighter performances and some seriously impressive sounds! 🎸🥁🎤
